Gavin Howell

Gavin Howell is an Undergraduate Marketing, Supply ChainManagement major at the University of Texas Tech, Rawls College of Business. Heis also getting his certificate in energy so that he will be able to work for atop tier energy company once he graduates in 2017. Gavin is very passionateabout what he does and feels that he is compelled to work in the energyindustry because it is one of the top industries in the world and he want to bea part of a something huge so he can make the differences that can change theworld.

Gavin was born in Jackson, Mississippi and ever since he has been of age he has worked to get what he wants and needs. He currently works two jobs, one as the student assistant in the Dean's Suite of the Rawls College of Business, and another as the part-time manager for Jimmy John's subs. While he is busy working two jobs as well as being a full-time student, he also is a member of two student organizations. Rawls Business Leadership Program and Toastmasters. He hopes to take all the lessons that he learns managing his time efficiently and effectively now into the future so that he can become an essential asset to his company.
