A typical day with a client might be:

+ Helping a startup take Lean Startup type theory and apply it to their specific business needs.

+ Facilitating boomer management and millennial newcomers working together, so each side isn't so perplexed by the other's way of getting the job done (a.k.a. fixing “warring tribes.”)

+ Calculating the ideal behaviors/actions for businesses to get to the most money.

All of this, of course, came after a journey of careers in radio, sales, and tech – more specifically founding Design, by Gavin, (now run by a very talented and capable team.)

There are three types of connections I look for:

1. Growth-minded business leaders who are tired of struggling.

2. C-Level managers of companies who want to better-anticipate the challenges they'll face as they scale.

3. Startups who need help turning a great idea into a viable business worth investing in.
