After choosing to attend the prestigious Huddersfield University in the United Kingdom, Gavin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with Honors and ventured out into the marketing world. After graduating from university and returning to Australia, Gavin began his career by founding his marketing services company, Reality Group. Under Gavin’s leadership, the business found success and was named the Australian Agency of the Year. Reality Group’s team was committed to providing the best service in the industry and attracted clients like Saab, BP, Tabcorp, and General Motors. Gavin eventually felt that he had done all he could with the company and sold it for a profit so that he could pivot into the B2B industry.

Gavin bought two companies: Presidential Card and Shoppers Advantage. While both of these organizations were in the same retail rewards space, he initially focused on each company individually. He then rewrote the strategy of Shoppers Advantage to include a more successful e-commerce platform. Gavin became the director of Presidential Card, which was a lifestyle benefits program that became one of Australia's largest online discount systems. He then integrated the program with Strategic Rewards. Through his efforts, Gavin was able to acquire more market participants along the way.

Gavin Campion was also the founder and CEO of Sputnik Agency, a firm providing digital marketing services. He served as a consultant to some of the world's leading companies, such as GSK, Skype, and GoCompare. As the company's founder and CEO, Gavin led it to become Australia's leading digital marketing agency. In 2007, he was also named B&T Agency of the Year.

Gavin Campion is a seasoned entrepreneur who has been involved in the development and marketing of video assets.
