Gavin is a dedicated customer experience designer, with over ten years practice designing products and services for a broad range and clients and sectors.

Now a partner at SomeOne/Else, Gavin has worked at the big agencies (Framfab, LBi and Syzygy) working for a broad range of clients including Mazda, Orange, HMV, Virgin Atlantic, Lloyds Bank, RBS and Betfair, as well as working client side at Yell.com and Universal Music.

A proud Brunel design graduate, Gavin trained in Industrial design before focusing on digital service design, brand strategy and customer experience early in his career and has expertise in delivering physical products and digital products across web, mobile and tablet.
