I'm the founder and director of a boutique health centre in Eccleston (Chorley) in Lancashire, UK.

I've been working with people who have been suffering from chronic back pain for over 18 years and, having a number of back pain issues many years ago, I know first hand about how frustrating it can be when you're in pain.

At The Centre in Chorley we help individuals become free from pain once and for all and help them move from being unfit and not focused on their fitness levels, to losing weight and becoming the personal they want to be.

As a C.H.E.K Practitioner (as well as many of the team), I have a higher level of understanding about the human body, movement and how we can all make changes in our lives to live healthier.

My vision for The Centre is to make it so that local people in the Chorley and Preston area have access to affordable health care who want to take back control of their health and fitness.
