He’s soared through the clouds over the Makgadikgadi Pans of Botswana in his microlight, and descended below the arch of the Blue Hole in the Red Sea off Dahab in Egypt. He has been a speaker and a panellist at TEDx, released an electronic and experimental album called “It’s Not About the Title” and is the author of Swimming with Sharks – Simple Business Guidelines for a Complex World.
He’s the co-founder of join.the.dots and Diversity and Inclusion organisation Hers&His through which he helps business leaders and organisations find clarity, Cultivate human Connection resulting in increased collaboration, innovation, productivity and, happiness.
Through strategising, speaking, writing, training, consulting and coaching, he shares tools, thinking techniques and questions that challenge the accepted norm and lead to “aha” moments that translate into clarity, new skills and shifts in people’s productive and effective work lives.
He is a curious and interested human being, a common sense seeker, has a passion for strategic leadership and gender equality and, he is still in pursuit of the meaning of 42: the answer to the question of life, the universe and everything.
