Partnering closely with Business Heads across multiple Verticals, I helped build workforce roadmaps that supported long-term organizational growth.

Since 2016, my journey has expanded into Global Talent Acquisition, Leadership Hiring, Employer Branding, Stakeholder & Vendor Management, and data-driven recruitment transformation. By leveraging hiring analytics, MIS insights, & performance metrics, I’ve helped organizations shift recruitment from a support function into a strategic growth engine.

I’ve built talent pipelines, elevated candidate experience, and diversity hiring. To me, recruitment has always been both science and storytelling — data guiding decisions, and people giving them meaning.

With strong expertise across ATS platforms and specialized tech hiring, I continue to stay future-ready through certifications and a deep interest in AI-enabled, data-led hiring practices.
