Gayatri Mundhe

I am a biologics professional from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune, India trained under integrated BS-MS with Biology majors. My specialization is in bacterial culturing and transformation, PCR, molecular cloning with restriction enzymes, gel electrophoresis, immuno-staining, in-situ hybridization, CRISPR-Cas9, RNAi, confocal and super-resolution STED and SIM imaging. I have been trained for basic programming in Python and R along with using Microsoft Office and Windows and Linux. I do possess good interpersonal skills and have ability to work either independently or as part of a research team. I am able to adjust to the changing environments quickly and have the ability to work on multiple projects efficiently. I also have excellent communication skills along with the ability to write, give presentations to explain the results of the research and to work efficiently with other professionals.
