Gayle White

Culver City

I received my license in January of 1990. Since that time I have been a full time real estate professional. I have worked in many offices and know the highs and lows of real estate.

My specialty is residential real estate. After all, that's what I am, a licensed residential real estate agent. However, to be a professional real estate agent, you must know your clients, and be able to understand their needs. If my clients are first time homebuyers, I understand their needs, if my clients are listing their home or income property, I understand their needs. If my clients are going through the probate process, I understand their needs. I am presently learning the military market, and will become certified in military relocation in January of 2014.

It is extremely important to be proactive in this market, to anticipate problems, needs and changes, and to be able to rectify the issue before it becomes a major concern. This market has changed tremendously over the past few years, and it will change again and again. Real estate is cyclical. I understand the changes, and since receiving my license in 1990, I have had a 100% closing ratio.
