Gayna Williams

Gayna Williams has 20 years of experience working in the high-tech industry in customer experience and engineering, where she held Principal and Director roles in program management and user experience. She has interviewed, hired, and trained a huge number of graduate students as they have entered the professional work force. She is founder of Swash Consulting whose purpose is to create Positive People Experiences – for either employees or customers by taking a holistic approach to organization, environment, technologies and experiences considering business and people objectives. She is also a trained professional coach. She has given leadership training at Microsoft for women, and presented internationally on the topic of gender and technology. Her personal passion is creating change in the world through the empowerment of women.
