Greg Bistolfi

Let's see... I was born about 33 years or so ago in Ecuador. Although I was born there I don't feel like that was exclusively my home when I was younger since I lived in Peru for a few years and raised in the U.S. since I was 12. I went to school in sunny South Florida from middle school to college. I got my Bachelors degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and been in the career path since graduating in 2003. Although I love what I do creatively, lately I've been yearning to open a little coffee shop/bakery place of my own. Don't know where I would start but it's definitely a dream of mine. I know it will be hard work but the thought of "opening shop" is appealing to me. If somebody has any words of advice I would greatly appreciate it, perhaps we can talk over coffee... ;)
