The GCI Exports Private Limited, started Manufacturing, Supplying and Exporting Engineering Equipments that are used in the dry cast concrete pipe industry. Our products range includes Concrete Pipe Making Machine, Concrete Pipe Forms, Box Culvert Forms, Hydraulic Tilting Mechanism, Rebar Tier, Pallets Rings, Headers Rings, FRP Settings Rings and Foundary Services. The pallet forms the 'groove' or female part of the joint & the Header forms the ‘tongue’ or male part of the concrete pipe. The manufacturing division for GCI Group is located in Bangalore, India. The sales & marketing activity is performed by GCI Pipe Products, Inc. in Kansas City, USA. Under the able guidance of our mentor & CEO Mr. Kiran P Giri, GCI has carved a niche for itself in the dry cast concrete industry by providing quality products to domestic as well as global markets. GCI Exports is the manufacturing arm for the US corporations. The ISO-9001 certification by TUV ensures our products & services as per international quality standards with timely deliveries. Over the years GCI has evolved from a product based Company to a design & build Company specialized in the Dry Cast Concrete Industry. Today, We manufacture a whole range of engineering products like concrete pipe machines, industrial plastic components,, joint rings also known as Pallets & Headers, Steel forms used in the manufacture of concrete boxes, Core’s & Jackets used for concrete pipe manufacture, FRP Rings & a several auxiliary equipment use in the industry. The basic raw material for pallets and headers is cast & ductile iron. In order to maintain the high quality standard demanded by our customers, GCI set up its own captive foundry with state-of-the-art equipments while also being environmentally friendly. These joint rings are used as dies in the manufacture of concrete pipes.
