Gina del Tito is a champion of dialogue, community development, and social justice. A certified project manager, she has a 10-year history of building innovative programs and vibrant networks within globally-ambitious, mission-driven organizations.

She currently leads program delivery at Girls Who Code, executing flagship Summer Programs, a national after-school Clubs Program, and College & Career programming at scale. Supporting executive leadership team with strategic insights, evidence of impact, and a delivery roadmap.

Previously the Americas Program Manager for Generation Global, an initiative of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, she facilitates dialogue and creates spaces for young people and educators to become more open-minded and inclusive.

She has worked for the British Foreign Commonwealth Office, with a dual role in championing the British Council's thought leadership in higher education, as well as sport for development in Chicago and social leadership training with the Western Shoshone Tribes of Nevada.

She started her career managing international study abroad and STEM internship programs. After completing a double major in International Studies and French and Francophone Studies at Dickinson College, she taught English in France before moving to the Big Apple.

Gina served as the co-chair the Associate Board of Play Rugby USA, a social justice youth organization, committed to leveraging the unique power of rugby to empower and inspire young people in New York City.

Gina grew up in Philadelphia and has lived in Baltimore, Carlisle, France, Cameroon, before moving to New York. Gina currently lives with her partner in Crown Heights, next to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.
