Graduated from highschool at Ilioupoli-Athens in 1988, studied Photography till 1991, started working as a freelance photographer in 1992 using a Nikon FM2, publishing at “E”, “Metro” and “01” magazines.
1997 started using my Hasselblad 500C, publishing at “klik” and other “lifestyle” magazines. The same period worked as an iron constructor, mainly designing and producing metal furnitures.
At 2000 me, Natasha Pantazopoulou and Pindaros Andriopoulos created an image production studio “uncut productions” mainly working with digital video. We had a Canon XL-1 in our hands and a pentium-3 pc, Adobe -Premier to edit.
We broadcasted at ANT1 tv producing 10 min editorial shorts for “Kokkino Pani” Pavlos Tsimas show. 2001
In 2002 we produced 2 video clips for EMI Greece with “Raining Pleasure” music band: fake & only through you
The same period i was taking photography commissions from “Symbol” magazine mainly working at portraiture and social issues.
From 2003 to 2005 chief staff photographer for “S-magazine”. Now i had a Hasselblad 500CM and lots of films. Also taking commissions from “Esquire”, “Nitro” and “Status” magazines. More experimental work with video, projections, digital photography.
2006 my daughter is coming to life.
From 2005 to 2010 staf photographer for “E” magazine, going digital, eos 20d, 5d, 5d mark2.

I was part of the production team for “The Prism” project, video documenting the crisis effect on the Greek society, 2011. Firewalkers
At 2009 the idea of a new photo-agency is taking birth. At first Fosphotos team is me Yannis Karlopoulos, Nikos Amanitis, Natasha Pantazopoulou, Yannis Drakoulidis.
