We are a group of five girls majoring in Geography in National University of Singapore (NUS). As females, we all agree that there were many instances of our lives that we’re subjected to gender stereotypes. Indeed, gender is a topic that is close to our hearts as an all-girl group, and would hence like to highlight certain issues and discourses that are often overlooked and dismissed in everyday lives.

Our key focus will be on Singapore’s national scale, namely - school, workplace and media. We aim to unpack the gender stereotypes and ideologies prevalent in these three themes.
