I have long had a love and interest in cooking. I started cooking as a teenager and really haven't stopped since. I'm originally from the South but with many stops along the way currently live in Michigan. I also have a love of history so I try to include historical information about the food that is featured in a post. To me, cooking for family and friends is a way to show love.
