I am a leading and one of the best sports nutritionists, high-performance dietitian, in Bangalore, India, with 2 years post-graduate diploma in sports nutrition from the International Olympic Committee (IOC, United Kingdom), a registered dietitian, ISAK level 1 anthropometrist, certified diabetes educator, IBS expert, Lecturer for NPTEL - IIT Madras, a university first ranker, multiple award winner with several gold medals with diverse experience of 22 years.

Unlike other clinics where juniors offer consultation and support, or the sessions can get expensive, I pride my consultation services where I personally offer nutrition mentoring from Olympic-level, Paralympians, elite-professional to recreational Indian athletes, and novice players, PAN-India and internationally by providing holistic sports nutrition guidance for high performance based on the latest scientific and research evidence.

My interests include academia, nutritional counseling, lifestyle coaching, food safety, and employee wellness for corporate houses, focusing on preventive nutrition, and sports nutrition, by helping players peak athletic performance through dietary and lifestyle practices.

I am a lecturer for SWAYAM, IIT - Madras, Ministry of Education, Govt of India, SAI (Sports Authority of India), I conduct sports nutrition certification programs as a guest faculty and lecture for colleges and universities. I consulted for FSSAI on sports supplements and was selected to travel with the IPL cricket team Delhi Capitals and work with RCB in 2021.

I also conduct educational seminars, and sports nutrition workshops for premier sports academies educating athletes, coaches, and parents on the scientific practices of sports nutrition. I am a nutrition columnist for health and wellness for print and electronic media.
