Main goals achievements are establishment of external development in Eastern Europe, funding from venture capitalist, recruiting key people, making business strategy and efficient software distribution via web.
I had a youth and senior ice hockey career with three bronze medals in the Norwegian championship. Attended Suffield High school senior year as an exchange student at Suffield High School in Connecticut and we did achieve state champion in soccer and finished 2nd in ice hockey. In both sports, I was elected on the all-star team.
At the age of 16, I initiated a floor hockey club Greåker IBK and some years later, we won gold medal in the Norwegian Championship.Through my ankle injury that ended my top league ice hockey career at age 25, I helped NISO, the player union in soccer, ice hockey and handball, to build information and communication structures. Through this, I was elected into the Board of FIFPRO Foundation, which managed the sports rights for the world’s Players, through player unions in soccer.
