Hello. I'm Gellan Watt.

In 2003, I founded Thinking Juice – an independent Integrated Creative and Branding Agency based in Bournemouth and London, UK. We went on to become UK Agency of the Year, Top 10 UK Independent Agency and the UK’s Most Effective Agencyworking for some of the world’s most exciting brands.

In 2011 I merged the agency with The Emerge Group (which went on to become the UK’s 12 largest Marketing Communications Group - £60m turnover) taking the post of Managing Directorand Group Chief Creative Officer. The group was highly acquisitive and spanned Integrated Creative, Digital, Media Buying, PR, Data and Pharma.

I also held a board role for AMIN Worldwide specifically for the EMEA region, for which Thinking Juice was the UK shop. AMIN Worldwide includes over 50 agencies in 30 countries employing over 3,000 people.

Following the successful sale of The Emerge Group and its agencies early in 2016, I now work direct with ambitious brands and agencies that seek high growth, transformational strategy, big ideas and increased value.
