Fernando Barron II has been in video production for over 10 years, working at TV stations and production companies. Before graduating college Fernando had already been working at WXEL for two years as a Master Control Operator. During his career he has obtained his degree in Broadcasting, completed courses at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and The Palm Beach Film School. Working as PA, camera operator and editor, he has always taken the time to learn new techniques in this ever changing business. His current projects are as the Director of Photography and Editor for a feature film and the DP for a documentary. The feature film is Sam & Me directed by Brian Kirk staring Madylin Sweeten, Craig Henne and Declan Joyce. The documentary goes behind the scenes of the Florida Renaissance Festival. Fernando truly enjoys what he calls storytelling. As far as he can remember writing and telling stories have been his passion and the visual arts have been his canvas. He enjoys every aspect of film making from script writing to watching the final cut on the big screen.
