Michele Kaley

I have been blessed with an amazing life. All the credit goes to God first and foremost. My family means the world to me. My husband Roger is a loving, supportive 25 year veteran of the US Army. He also works as a police officer. My stepdaugher Emmily is a new teenager with us 50% of the time. She is growing into a beautiful young woman. Our niece Marissa has been living with us for five years now. She is completing her second year of college. Kennedy is my surrogate sunshine whom stole my heart 18 years ago when one of my lifelong friends gave birth to her.

In addition to that inner circle, God blessed us with the best quality friends, coworkers and a wonderful church family. We have two of the most awesome dogs you could ever imagine. Joey is a 120 pound bullmastiff with the heart of a kitten. Phoebe is a 60 pound English bulldog who believes she is human.

As I have aged, I have learned that negativity breeds negativity. With every passing day, I want to affect someone positively and extinguish any negativity remaining in my soul. I take pride in doing all I can to help others. Though not always easy or possible, we do what we can to ensure our doors are open to those in need. Leading by example is my ultimate challenge.
