He was responsible for managing a budget of over 50 billion dollars, which supported the delivery of essential weapons systems, vehicles, and resources to all 50 states and more than 150 countries. His leadership advanced modernization, strengthened readiness, and improved efficiency across the force. He also served three combat tours in Afghanistan during OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM, contributing to missions against al-Qaeda and the Taliban.
His service included significant leadership assignments in the Pentagon, where he oversaw global supply chains that delivered food, medicine, clothing, weapons, and ammunition to service members around the world.
