My wife, Rebekah Rivers, and I started our real estate career as agents in Tallahassee Florida in 1992... our team has been ranked number one in Florida and the Southeast multiple times by Keller Williams, ranked as high as 203 in the US overall by the Wall Street Journal and RealTrends, and have personally sold over 5000 homes since 1990.

Rebekah and I own and operate four Keller Williams Market Centers - Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orange Park and Panama City Beach with over 500 agents and staff and produce over half a billion dollars in total annual sales.

My main job is Operating Partner of businesses bringing Vision, Capital and Accountability.
We also own North Florida Title Co. and Penn Homes Construction & Real Estate Investment Company. Over the years we have invested in homes, townhomes, condominiums, office buildings, lots, land and developments for many years and have a multi-million dollar portfolio.

I have also been honored for years to speak in and out of the US on real estate sales, managment, teams, investing and growth for Keller Williams University, state associations and NAR, and specialty organizations such as CRS, WCR, STARPOWER and others.

I am proud as possible of our 4 children - Dylan, Tina, Rachel and Logan, and our grandson, Andrew Penn ("AP" to me). Rebekah and I split our time at home on the lake in Tallahassee, at our Beach house in Alligator Point, snow skiing at our place in Mt Tremblant Canada, and traveling.
