I speak at events about my path from having no background in IT to entering management level, working in a second language, being a woman in a male-dominated field, and the imposter syndrome.

I mentor women in technology through different programs and donate several hours monthly. I help my mentees learn to navigate the technology field, grow their confidence, find their voice, and lose the well-known imposter syndrome. My informal approach makes everyone feel comfortable immediately and helps set them up for success. My direct and honest approach allows mentees to see their full potential.
