Hire me

Some people plan. Some people execute. I do both.

The best executive assistants aren’t order-takers. They’re operators who understand how organizations truly function, anticipate leadership needs before they’re voiced, and quietly remove complexity so others can focus on what matters.

That’s the role I’ve been playing for years, just without the title. At Fortinet, I’ve spent 5+ years as the operational and reporting backbone for Director, Senior Director, and EVP-level leadership. I manage a $2M+ budget, oversee 10+ international vendor relationships, produce weekly executive briefings, and drive cross-functional execution so leadership can stay focused on strategy.

In parallel, I’ve provided direct executive support to a senior technology executive since 2017, managing his priorities, international travel, vendor relationships, and workflow systems with full autonomy.

I’m now intentionally stepping into a dedicated Executive Assistant or Executive Operations role because that intersection of executive partnership and operational precision is where I deliver the most value and want to focus fully.

What I bring:
▪ Bilingual FR/EN with limited professional Spanish
▪ Executive reporting trusted at VP and C-suite level
▪ Procurement and vendor management across multiple countries
▪ Travel coordination, priority management, and stakeholder alignment ▪ Discretion, follow-through, and calm under pressure
▪ A manager’s systems-thinking applied to executive support
