Since 2005, Genevieve has helped countless homebuyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals by fully engaging and delivering compassionate care while she advocates for her clients’ best interests through every stage of the journey.

As a short sale negotiator, real estate owned specialist, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Genevieve has helped guide her clients through the most uncertain economic times, including the market crash of 2008. Her extensive background in interior and landscape design gives Genevieve the ability to approach any challenge with creative solutions. Her intuitive mind helps her to see beyond any issue and effectively facilitate all aspects of clients’ home purchase or sale with the utmost care.

Driven by kindness and the spirit of collaboration, Genevieve’s greatest strengths are her compassion, empathy, and strong work ethic. Prior to real estate, she worked for the Contractors State License Board as well as the Bureau of Automotive Repair, where she honed in her superior problem-solving, research, and customer-service skills.

Beyond real estate, Genevieve is passionate about inspiring youth through art and design, and she recently self-published a book combining her artwork with a positive message about mental health.
