Gina Lyle

Edinburgh, United Kingdom

I'm a third year student at the University of Edinbugh working towards a MA in English and Scottish Literature after playing with psychology, art history and social anthropology.

I am sharing my passion for literature in a working partnership with Woodlands Primary School. I devise and orchestrate themed writing classes with pupils, such as Burns' poetry and the Marymass parade. I compile their work into booklets which are then sold for charitable causes. Currently, I am looking to work within other Scottish schools and youth programmes, helping young people find ways to express themselves through writing.

A lover of the arts, I'm making the most of what Auld Reekie has to offer, from milk bars to museums, libraries to landscapes.
