An alumnus of Pace University, Gennady Litvin, Esq. obtained a bachelor's degree in business economics from its Lubin School of Business in 2004, and subsequently enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained a juris doctor. While pursuing the latter degree, attorney Gennady Litvin gained law clerk experience at Gregory Ochalek, Esq. and Roth, Rousso & Katsman. He was admitted to the Florida State Bar and New York State Bar in 2008 and 2009, respectively.

Focusing on personal injury, immigration, real estate, and bankruptcy cases, Gennady Litvin, Esq. launched his own practice in 2010 and guided the Brooklyn, New York-based firm until 2015. At that point he joined the Law Office of Yuriy Moshes, P.C. as an associate attorney. He continues to serve in this capacity, and has expanded his practice to include various corporate matters and employment law.

In addition to client representation, attorney Gennady Litvin teaches and mentors real estate professionals in areas such as the contract process for the sale of property and commission disputes. He is eligible to practice in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and has been a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
