I am, associated senior advisor at Tällberg Foundation, and have assisted numerous management teams in creating more efficient decision making, facing challenges and more rapidly reach actionable conclusions through my firm Naturakademin Learning Lab. My method is a unique combination of modern management theory, systems thinking and ecological principals as well as organizational learning and understanding of the human self. Late nineties, I brought the theories and methods of Peter Senge and Otto Scharmer - the Society of Organizational Learning to Sweden, focusing on the aspirations among individuals in corporate system and the organizations ability to create learning and transformation for a sustainable development. Together with and inspired by prof. Chief Oren Lyons and John P. Milton, I have explored methods for management training for corporate leaders, resulting in the WiLD concept – Wisdom, insight, Leadership and Dialogue. Bringing up the wide range of perspectives and experiences and together explore the unpredictable future to create deep and lasting transformation, is my trade mark.
