Gentry Manley

Gentry Manley is a former student-athlete at the University of North Carolina at Asheville where she played Division I college basketball. Gentry also has two years of experience as a personal fitness trainer and group exercise instructor. She has worked with all types of clients with a wide variety of fitness goals including weight/body fat loss, lean muscle mass gain, and sport performance improvement. Gentry particulary specializes in high intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and sport-specific workouts based on speed, agility, quickness, and skills. Part of Gentry's philosophy for achieving maximum results with her clients is the emphasis on proper diet along with personalized exercise programming. She graduated in May of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management - Business Administration. Gentry is currently a graduate assistant at the University of Pikeville in Kentucky for the women's basketball team. One of her roles at UPike is the team's strength and conditioning coordinator along with co-head coaching the women's junior varsity basketball team. Gentry is currently working on her master of science in sport management. She believes her PASSION, CONSISTENCY, and WORK ETHIC will ultimately take her as high as she can dream!
