Formed in 2006 and registered in 2007, Generation-X Social Organizationpopularly know as GXis one of the +/- 35 000 Non Profit Organisations in Gauteng. We are alsoone of the 500 recognised organisations operating under the City of Tshwane. GXis a youth orientated organization which was formed by university students, whohad seen the increase in moral decadency amongst the youths thus decided tospread awareness of the HIV/AIDS pandemic, substance abuse, teen pregnancy,school drop outs and other youth related issues. GX is an organization founded by the youths for the youths. We are one of 100 organisations operating in the Eastern Region of the city of Tshwane and our main focus starts from Mamelodi but having other projects that cover the Central, Southern, Northern andWestern Regions
