My research interest is focused on understanding tectonic, geophysical and geodynamic processes and how they influence the surface of the Earth, especially at larger spatial scales. More specifically, I am interested in studying cross-disciplinary questions of geodynamics and lithospheric evolution by analysing concomitant deformation and sedimentation structures. I am very enthusiastic about unravelling the large-scale geological evolution of orogens and basins via integration of data derived from rock deformation, mechanics, geophysics and tectonics.
