Owning a Real Estate Redevelopment company specializing in Investment Properties can be a tough gig in todays market. I have been in the industry for 10+ years, working with mainly residential real estate as a focus and have seen the good and bad sides of the industry. Working with the same business partner for this entire time, we have dedicated our energies toward rehab properties, both large and small. The majority of our business has been in Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, as well as some in Howard, Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties.
