I worked with various corporate enterprises and structures during my accountancy, management, consultancy and training career, including corporations in the government, commercial, publicly listed, private, and entrepreneurial start up sectors.
Before entering the academic world, I operated my own independent consultancy servicing a wide range of corporate clients. I had worked extensively with adult learners, particularly in relation to business, software, knowledge management, marketing and change management. Most of my clients served were drawn from my previous accountancy and management contacts developed during my career.
I previously worked as a college business teacher in Dubai and Shanghai (5 years each) drawing on my blend of academic and corporate experience. I am currently an education practitioner with experience ranging from corporate training, vocational training classrooms and tertiary learning environments, including extensive experience working with synchronous online classes. I have developed curriculum specialising in Accounting, Finance, Management and Marketing programs. I have experience teaching in Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Information Technology, and Management classrooms.
