The bio more or less says it all; a Consulting Engineer by peofession, I act as Arbitrator and Adjudicator or Mediator as well as an Engineernig Expert. In the past my tasks have ranged from the Modernisation of Machinery for The Tower Bridge, London and Water and Waste Water Treatment, to Aircraft and Missile Controls and Nuclear Power Stations.
