Geoffrey Woodward

Mr. Woodward is a senior executive and board leader in real estate services, technology, and data-driven businesses. While at Island Capital, he has overseen C-III’s portfolio of real estate services, technology, and data companies. He serves as Chairman of NAI Global and has held leadership roles including Executive Chairman of Real Capital Markets, Chairman of The Planning and Zoning Resource Company, Chairman of U.S. Residential, and Board Member of Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT II.

Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Corporate Development at Gaylord Entertainment, now Ryman Hospitality Properties, and an investment banker with Avondale Partners, Robertson Stephens, and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
