With a background in Marine Geology, Oceanography and Geophysics, I now find myself described as a physical geographer.
Currently, I am based at the University of York as a PhD candidate.
I am working on the reconstruction of Holocene sea-level change in north and south Wales. To achieve this, I use a combined empirical and hydrological model based method, which allows for the collection of sea-level data from coastal freshwater back-barrier marsh-lands.
Apart from spending my time hanging around marshlands, I continue to insist that I am young enough to play football, regardless of what my body may think.
