Nirvana for me is sharing that technical knowledge with anyone who shares a similar passion. Basically, how can we use software technology to help create order from chaos and help do things better, cheaper, and faster?

No kiddie gloves or detailed manuals needed here. Give me a complex problem full of ambiguity and let me run with it. And if it requires more than just me I'll put an "A Team" together, and we'll knock it out while having a blast along the way!

I'm a T-shaped manager with over 20+ years experiencing the full software lifecycle with a degree in Computer Science, spending years in both IT Application Support, IT Project Mgmt, and as the IT Architect/Vendor making the purchasing decision. Embarked into Software Services Delivery and then Enterprise Software Sales as a Sales Engineer traveling full-time to Fortune 500 Enterprise accounts and followed that with a Post-sales Maintenance Renewals Manager role. Then had the opportunity to apply previous experience to a Partner Enablement operations role, certifying and educating Sales professionals & partners on how best to sell our software.

Then my life changed with a dreamjob at Salesforce where I've been a high-performer as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (core), Specialist (Analytics), and now Enterprise Solutions Program Manager/Operations focused on Analytics, Business Process improvement, and Tooling.

I enjoy meeting with C-level executives, VPs & Directors, analyzing companies' business challenges, taking their ambiguity and driving to clarity, proving business value by helping companies easily automate their business processes and sales methodology with our Salesforce solution, achieving double-digit percentage improvement that helps add to both the top and bottom line. I've had the fortune of taking this knowledge and using it internally at Salesforce the past few years with opportunities to share this Salesforce on Salesforce success at Industry conferences, Partner Showcases, as well as each year at our annual Dreamforce conference.
