Geonelle Rose Contemporary Art
Creative Director, Artist, and Art Director in San Francisco, CA
Geonelle Rose is a Laguna Beach local native with a background in art, fashion, design, and performing arts aspiring to continue her deep integration into the professional art/design world. Coming from an International family of Musicians, Artists, Stylists, and Antique dealers, Geonelle was not a stranger to aesthetics and culture. She began involving herself in the art world early on. Determined to delve even more deeply in the world of art/humanities, Geonelle marched up to Missy Belland’s Sawdust Festival booth at the tender age of 8 and began helping sell Missy's hand crafts. At 15, Geonelle became involved in Pageant of the masters, a world renowned art performance, where she posed in Jacques-Louis David’s Oath of the Horatii. Since then, Geonelle has continued to build upon her passion for art, theater, performance and fashion while working every summer at the Sawdust Festival. At the age of 18 she moved to the Pearl District of Portland, known internationally for its art scene. Her fondness of art and aesthetics led her to expose herself more through visiting museums such as MOCA, LACMA, The Getty, and hundreds of galleries throughout the Pacific Northwest and California. With integrity, passion, flexibility and commitment to the arts, Geonelle is leading the way into a future of an ever expanding outreach into the art world. She has built a reputation and foundation at H Gallery under one of the leading international Art Portfolio Managers and Brokers, reputable Mark Hefferan and as Assistant Art Director of Orange County's premier Contemporary Gallery; Laguna Gallery of Contemporary Art (LGOCA). Geonelle Rose is also a highly regarded art model, muse and current contemporary abstract artist dealing primarily in Mixed Media/Acrylic on Canvas.
