Born as far back as 1948 in Vienna. School in Vienna and Mödling (HTL). Military service 1967/68. Studying and earning a Diplom-Ingenieur grade at TU Vienna. Some years of experience with Siemens (mainframe computer software). Self employed, later general manager (micro computer software) 1980 - 1999. Sworn expert witness since 1986. Professor for IT at the University of Applied Sciences in St.Pölten (Lower Austria) 1999 - 2008. Head of Bachelor- and Master study programmes "Railway Infrastructure" at the University of Applied Sciences in St.Pölten (Lower Austria) 2008 - 2013. Since then retired.
