George Cave
I'm a dreamer. But I'm the kind that likes to bring things back from my dreams into the real world. I believe a good idea, or even a great idea is worthless unless it is realized to make or improve something in this world.
I fix stuff. I make things work better than they worked before. Sometimes that means troubleshooting, vis-a-vis computer networks or other technical conundrums. Sometimes it means looking at how something is 'working' and identifying (and removing) the wasted effort. I solve problems and develop solutions. It's what my brain does best.
I make stuff. Usually from my own ideas, rather than someone else's. (See the first paragraph.) I have loved making things ever since I started to make things, which was around age 6.
I have to do things with my hands. Working with my hands is a kind of therapy for me. Whether it's playing a guitar or bass, or building furniture, working with my hands is almost like a form of meditation.
I'm a pub, not a bar kind of guy. I love to get to know people hunkered around a table over drinks, but not standing around at a bar or at a cocktail party. I like intimate gatherings with small groups of friends.
