I compose concert music primarily for classically trained musicians. I grew up in rural New York state, and became the second youngest in a family of six boys and one girl. My most memorable youthful experiences include mucking out cow stalls and playing keyboards in cover bands. My first computer was a Commodore 64 purchased while pursuing a doctoral degree in the mid 80s.
