Originally from Philadlphia, the land of the Philly Cheesesteak as well as many great restaurants.

Grew up watching Julia Child. She instilled me with a deep sense of gourmet integrity and inquisitiveness.

I have travelled all around the world to explore different cultures & cuisines. French & Asian cuisines are among my favorites.
