George Dymond
George Dymond is a professional educator with more than three decades of experience in a variety of areas, ranging from program development to classroom teaching. He first studied education at the State University of New York at Oneonta before going on to earn a master of education from the University of Hawaii. Beginning his teaching career at the middle school level in Syracuse, New York, with a focus on English, George Dymond held positions in Tokyo and Honolulu over the following decade, teaching in both the public and private sectors from second grade through high school. He presently serves as the Founding Head of School at Vision International School, an institution he established in Al Wakra, Qatar, in conjunction with International Schools Services of Princeton, New Jersey.
Outside of work, George Dymond is an avid fan of sailing and boating. His interest in boats extends beyond racing sailboats in various waters around the world. Mr. Dymond views navigation as a metaphor for life choices, and he is dedicated to maintaining the quality of his vessel, a dedication that translates to his professional ventures as well.
