George G. Akers III

George was born in Philadelphia County, raised in Bucks County and currently resides in a small neighborhood right outside Center City Phila called Northern Liberties. George started his career in Real Estate working as a mortagage loan officer in Manhantten NY. While working at Banking and FInancial Institutions George financed residential and commercial projects of all sizes making him a veteran to the Real Estate Industry. George wanted to expand his knowledge of Real Estate so he joined the team of Keller Williams Realty Center City in Nov 2013 to continue his Real Estate career as a Realtor. George's background in finance along with his superior knowledge of the local markets make him a single point of contact for all your home buying needs. He believes in listening and putting clients’ needs first. He believes in communicating with and being there for you, every step of the way. He provides service that doesn’t stop after contracts and closings. He wants to be your Realtor for life and your friend on the weekend. When George is not working with buyers and sellers to find their next dream home you can find him with his family or in the gym training. George loves outdoor activities like riding his bikes around center city, Kelly Drive or exploring the "Brotherly Love" by foot. Too dig a little deeper George has a background in The United States Marine Corps and an eye for fashion with a Bachelors in Fashion Merchandising. There is alot more to tell in person!!
