When I was eight years old I landed my first job as a paper boy. Back then I was modifying my wagon and then my bicycle to make my route more efficient allowing me to get the papers delivered faster so I could participate in morning activities before school. Birthday presents were 88 in 1 electronics kits and erector sets. In high school I joined one of the first computer clubs in our school district. Having learned to type as a freshman I was very popular in the computer club due to the speed with which I could knock out a program on our club tape machine. Since then I've always been intrigued and immersed in computers. This included wiring my own 8088 based computer just before the IBM PC was introduced.
