After 25 years working in the global Information Technology business, I felt like making a switch and use my experience to pursue new purposes.

Instead of 'selling' technology, I am now 'using' technology for personal and societal impact.

I am discreetly preparing Memlinq. It will be a global and collaborative platform where professionals and organisations meet the general public to collectively build and explore a network of connected knowledge. If that sounds abstract, it will be less so when we go live!

In November 2016, I was proudly elected to serve on the Members Council of Europeana - where I'm actively engaging in projects that advance the cause of digitised heritage across Europe.

Finally, I also chair the Tinco Lycklama Foundation. We created it to bring "remarkable but forgotten stories" back to life. Through a co-creative process, we do collaborative research, virtual libraries, and projects that encourage a closer relationship between the public and themes in history, heritage, and culture.
