George Nicolas Batty

Recently employed as a medical oncologist at Tenethealth in Palm Springs CA, Dr Batty previously served as a hospitalist at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York, Dr. George Nicolas Batty has accepted a position in California as a hematologist and medical oncologist. During his time at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute from 2010 to 2013, he completed clinical fellowships in both hematology and oncology, having previously completed a fellowship in clinical leukemia at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. George Nicolas Batty also received training in blood banking/ transfusion and medicine/pathology while at the University of Texas.

When he has time outside of his busy clinical schedule, Dr. Batty enjoys staying active with various sports. In addition to going to the gym each day, he enjoys getting his daily cardiovascular exercise by playing basketball with friends and colleagues. As a high school and college student, he played on soccer teams and continues to enjoy the sport today. Dr. Batty has also tried his hand at both sailing and skiing, and intends to pursue the latter further.
