George S. Ammar lives a healthy lifestyle by through a high priority on a varied fitness routine. He is an avid supporter of Cleveland, Ohio’s various sports teams, including the Browns and the Cavaliers, as well as the University of Notre Dame's football and basketball teams.

Besides sports, he enjoys music and movies. His favorite artist is the Piano Man Billy Joel. Some of the films he enjoys include “Rudy” and the "Rocky" series.
