George Stamatis is a visionary entrepreneur, business development strategist, and trusted advisor to global leaders, startups, and mission-driven organizations. With a rare ability to bridge corporate innovation and grassroots action, he has spent over two decades helping companies scale faster, forge strategic partnerships, and turn ideas into action.

He co-founded Trendr, a private-label mobile networking platform recognized by Virgin’s Richard Branson and named one of the Top 100 Most Innovative Companies by members of the intelligence community. At Mobeewave—a pioneering mobile payments startup later acquired by Apple—George led strategic partnerships that helped redefine the future of contactless commerce.

Beyond business, George is a lifelong advocate for children’s rights. At just 14, he founded Canada’s Political Council for Help for Youth (later integrated into the Canadian Youth Rights Association) and co-founded the Global Youth Action Network, one of the largest youth advocacy coalitions of its time. He represented the International Bureau for Children’s Rights, a United Nations Special Status INGO, and led relief efforts following the Dawson College tragedy in 2006 in Montreal.

His leadership has earned global recognition, including the UNICEF Global #FightUnfair Children’s Rights Champion Gold Medal and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, honours that reflect a lifelong commitment to people, purpose, and progress.

Today, George advises Harvard Business Review and is member of the World Economic Forum, the Canadian Coalition for the Rights of Children, the University Club of Montreal, the Canadian Club of Montreal (Cercle Canadien de Montréal), the Canadian Club of Toronto, the Harvard Club of New York City, and The Boca Raton Beach Club.

Whether building and scaling ventures, forging partnerships and coalitions, advancing human rights, or driving social progress, George leads with clarity, conviction, and a relentless drive to make things betterfor businesses, people, communities and humanity.

George goes to the ends of the Earth to solve problems.
