George Tisdelle

George Tisdelle, DDS, PC, is a 27-year veteran of the dental industry. Founding his own practice after earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1984, Dr. George Tisdelle still operates Comprehensive Dental in Charlottesville, Virginia, nearly three decades later. Dr George Tisdelle has obtained advanced training and certification in cosmetic dentistry, specializing in bonding, bridges and crowns, contouring, dentures, implants, and veneers. Dr. George Tisdelle is also an expert in the standard dental procedures of tooth extraction, periodontal treatment, root canal therapy, and teeth whitening. Furthermore, Dr. George Tisdelle performs cosmetic filling and he also replaces existing silver fillings with porcelain, which allows for more natural looking teeth.

Dr. George Tisdelle is an avid supporter of multiple local Charlottesville charities, and frequently donates to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Dr. George Tisdelle also joins the Virginia Dental Association every summer to participate in the Mission of Mercy in order to help poverty stricken children around the world.

Dr. George Tisdelle is a member of numerous professional organizations in the field of dentistry, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Shenandoah Valley Dental Association, and the Virginia Dental Association.
